2-19 Abiding through Anger

Sometimes our emotions can get the best of us. Our expectations for something drive our perception of it. When that isn’t met we get annoyed, or frustrated. When this continues to pile up over a day, a week, a month, a lifetime, without a healthy way of dealing with it, we may explode on those around us.

What can the anger lead to in our lives? Malice, bitterness, anger/rage

What did Jesus address when it came to anger?

We have to identify the expectations, and more importantly those expectations that aren't met and surrender those to the Lord. Only He can meet all of those.

James 1

Genesis 3:1-6

Ephesians 4

Matthew 5:21
